Our HomeBuyer Resource Center, a HUD Counseling
Agency, offers FREE
seminars and workshops to both our tenants and the general
public. We work with first-time home buyers to guide them through
the home-buying process. We can also help qualifying individuals and
families save for their down payment with an Individual Development
Account (IDA) wherein savings deposits are matched 3 to 1 helping to build
savings quickly. Other services include personalized credit,
budgeting, and housing counseling and foreclosure prevention. |
